How It Works: Reserving Your Puppy
Whether you live in Miami or across the country, here's how bringing home a Puppy Era puppy works, from first hello to going home.
Find your puppy
Browse our available puppies or visit our boutique at 7272 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33144. We're open daily from 11am to 7pm, and private showings are available. Don't see the right puppy? Tell us what you're looking for.
Ask to reserve
Tap Reserve on the puppy's page and fill out the short reservation request, or call us at 305-933-6634 or WhatsApp us at 305-796-3141. A Puppy Era specialist will contact you to confirm the puppy is still available and answer your questions about price, health and timing. Sending the request doesn't reserve the puppy yet.
Place your deposit
Your puppy is reserved only after you speak with a specialist and your deposit is received. Once we receive it, your puppy is marked Reserved on our site and is no longer available to other families. Deposits are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
A 30% deposit is required to reserve your puppy. Deposits can be made securely by credit card or other approved payment methods. Once your deposit is received and confirmed, your puppy will be reserved exclusively for you for up to 3 days, unless other arrangements have been made with Puppy Era. All deposits are applied toward the total purchase price.
Pay the balance
The remaining balance is due before your puppy goes home. Financing is available. See how financing works.
Bring your puppy home
Pick up your puppy at the boutique, or we can arrange nationwide delivery. Puppies go home at 8 weeks old or older, as Florida law requires.
