Puppy Era FAQ: Reservations, Financing, Delivery & Health
How does a reservation work?
To reserve a puppy, a deposit is required. Once your deposit is received, your puppy will be marked as reserved and will no longer be available to other customers. The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price, with the remaining balance due before your puppy goes home.
How much do your puppies cost?
Prices depend on the breed, color, and lineage. Call us at 305-933-6634, WhatsApp us at 305-796-3141, or send a message and we'll share pricing for any puppy.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your puppy and is applied toward the final purchase price. Deposits are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
Do you offer financing?

Can I visit the puppies?

We are open daily from 11:00am - 7:00pm

How old are puppies when they go home?
At least 8 weeks old. Florida law doesn't allow puppies to be sold any younger.
What comes with my puppy?
An official health certificate listing vaccines and dewormers, a microchip, and a written notice of your rights under Florida law. Tiny starter kit , 10 days of food for your puppy.
What if my puppy gets sick?
Florida law protects you for 14 days for illness and 1 year for hereditary conditions. Read our health guarantee.
Are merle puppies healthy?
A merle puppy with one merle parent can be as healthy as any puppy. The serious risks come from breeding two merles together, and we never sell puppies from those breedings.
